CHOCOVIC

History: 

Chocovic comes from the brand called Chocolates Arumí, created in Vic in 1872, but it wasn’t until the 1977 that the name changed and became part of the business group Nederland. From the start Chocovic has tried to create a high-quality chocolate  and has focused on the Spanish and European market.

Type of company: 

Chocolate production and distribution company. It started as a family company and became a multinational, it joined the Barry Callebaut group.

Evolution: 

From the beginning Chocovic tried to do produce high-quality chocolate, prioritizing the good condition of the cocoa. The company, that joined the Barry Callebaut group, sells their chocolate around Spain.

Currently, it is a multinational, with an average of 50 to 250 employees.
